My name is Emma-Jane Cyphus. I live in the Cotswolds with my husband and 5 lovely children. We also have a White German Shepherd.

I have always been interested in alternative therapies, for as long as I can remember. A few years ago, a friend of mine mentioned Reiki to me. Knowing how I felt about this subject I decided to take a Reiki course. After passing Reiki 1, I then went onto complete Reiki 2. I have now been a Master Reiki Practitioner for a few years. I am still enjoying alternative therapies and considering taking more courses in this field.
